Elisabeth & Marie-Laurence Saladin run the family business which has been passed down from father to son since 1422. They produce natural wines and have created a range of different terroir driven wines. Their main focus is to continually improve the quality of the wine.
The Domaine Saladin, located in the village of Saint Marcel d’Ardèche, is uniquely characterised by the fact that it has always been manually harvested and cultivated and vinified organically.
