Château La Sable

Virginie Mercier and her husband, Jean-Marc, acquired Château La Sable end of 2017. Virginie, who manages the estate, became passionate about viticulture when studying Agronomy in Montpellier.
Château la Sable is one of the oldest independent wineries in the Luberon Appellation. The oldest vines on the estate are 50 years old. The vines, which are located at an altitude of 250m, in a sandy soil at the bottom of the Luberon mountain, give fine and elegant wines. The estate is Organic certified since 2022.
